01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "jbaj" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at jbaj.io, including all associated pages, features, tools, and services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jbaj platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the jbaj platform, associated with a unique username and password combination.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a player's jbaj account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released to the real-money wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spin values, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which jbaj confirms a player's identity, age, and eligibility to use the platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the sole transaction currency on the jbaj platform.
• "Game Providers" refers to third-party software and content suppliers whose games are made available via the jbaj platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of jbaj is restricted by applicable law or jbaj's own compliance policies.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with jbaj's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, form the entire legal agreement between you and jbaj. By completing the registration process on jbaj, clicking any "I Agree" or confirmation checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these terms has been notified, you conclusively confirm your acceptance of all terms set out herein.

If you are accessing jbaj on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these terms, and your acceptance of these terms will be treated as their acceptance.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jbaj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jbaj maintains a strict minimum age policy and enforces this through KYC age verification procedures.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not accessing jbaj from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of jbaj or any of its game provider partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jbaj platform through a voluntary self-exclusion request or enforced account closure.
• You are not registering for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently being treated for, a gambling disorder, unless you have received express permission from a qualified medical professional to resume gambling activities.

jbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jbaj's satisfaction.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one registered account on jbaj. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. jbaj is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. jbaj may request the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account in your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed prescribed thresholds

jbaj will process KYC submissions within three business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion but deposits and gameplay are not restricted during this period.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by jbaj, though payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your jbaj account balance in real time or within five minutes, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jbaj does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being released.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by jbaj compliance.
• Withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is typically 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for card withdrawals.
• jbaj reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jbaj offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they are transferred to the real-money balance and become withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports bets at qualifying odds of 1.80 or above contribute 100%.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically without compensation.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• jbaj reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or winnings generated from bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

jbaj may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a change materially affects an active bonus already credited to a player's account, jbaj will honour the terms under which that bonus was awarded or offer the player the option to forfeit the bonus and withdraw any eligible real-money balance.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jbaj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event being wagered upon. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or upon request from jbaj support.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jbaj reserves the right to correct odds displayed in error before a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and real-time odds. jbaj accepts no liability for system delays affecting the placement of live bets.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published in the jbaj sports betting rules section. These limits are applied after the deduction of the original stake.

For casino and game show products, results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by jbaj's game provider partners, or by live physical outcomes in the case of live dealer games. jbaj does not interfere with game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with jbaj support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jbaj platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one registered account on jbaj, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or any technical malfunction to place bets at incorrect odds or with unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or account-based restrictions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using jbaj for the purposes of money laundering, tax evasion, or fraud.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jbaj staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jbaj platform, software, or game content.

09 Responsible Gaming

jbaj is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its player community. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible through the account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which can be activated immediately from the account settings page and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Once a self-exclusion is in place, jbaj will take reasonable steps to prevent that player from accessing their account and will not direct promotional communications to them during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the jbaj platform, including but not limited to the jbaj brand name, logo, website design, software, database structure, game interfaces, written content, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to jbaj. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or licence in or to any jbaj intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the jbaj platform without the prior written consent of jbaj, except as necessarily cached by your browser for the purpose of normal platform use.

Game content made available on jbaj is the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Any unauthorised use of game content is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbaj shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the jbaj platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jbaj does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. jbaj will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

In the event of a system error that results in a game outcome being displayed incorrectly or a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, jbaj reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. No player shall have any claim for winnings based on a result produced by a technical malfunction.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jbaj's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jbaj's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

12 Privacy & Data

jbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on jbaj, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jbaj uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the jbaj platform. Player account data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised jbaj personnel on a need-to-know basis.

jbaj does not sell player personal data to third parties. 13 Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your jbaj account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jbaj will process any pending withdrawals of your real-money balance and close the account within five business days.

jbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• The player's continued use of the platform is considered a risk to the safety or integrity of the jbaj platform or its player community.
• jbaj is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an account is closed by jbaj due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. jbaj will notify the affected player of the reason for account closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

14 Amendments

jbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jbaj will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without notification.

The amended terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven calendar days from the date of notification for material changes. Your continued use of the jbaj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Requests received before the effective date will be processed under the terms in force at the time of the request.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the jbaj platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jbaj is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jbaj platform, you must first contact the jbaj support team by email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. jbaj will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within ten business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may request that the matter be referred to an independent dispute resolution procedure. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
